I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist whose heart is dedicated to the service of my clients. I believe that every person has talents’, skills and abilities to address whatever obstacles come in life.

I operate from a place of genuine curiosity and am humble in my work with clients. I am skilled in utilizing both Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have extensive experience working with adults, adolescents, families and couples affected with depression, anxiety, relational issues, trauma, life transitions, eating disorders and more.

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development from the University of California, San Diego, and her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from San Diego State University, an AMMFT accredited program. I also teach psychology classes in an undergraduate university setting.
