Brittany is a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, body-image issues, and life-transitions. She received her Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University in 2010.  Over the past 11 years, she has worked in a variety of mental health settings, ranging from residential treatment to outpatient Brittany utilizes a client-centered approach that honors the strengths and motivators of the individual. Brittany is passionate about the work she does and strives to create a trusting and nurturing environment that fosters growth.
