I specialize in treating attachment issues, anxiety, depression, communication skills, boundary setting, and self-esteem.

I incorporate therapeutic strategies based on CBT, DBT, Systems Theory, Attachment Styles and Client-Centered Therapy. Drawing on this wide spectrum of approaches allows me to tailor therapy to meet the specific needs of each individual, based on their unique needs, goals and background.
