Holly Anguiano received her Master's in Social Work (MSW) from Portland State University in 2009. She currently holds her LCSW in the state of California. She has spent over a decade in the field of medical social work, providing crisis support and counseling to patients with both acute and chronic health issues facing a number of psychosocial and mental health issues. Holly takes a collaborative approach to therapy using an eclectic style to address the unique needs of the individual. She pulls from evidenced based models such as CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and narrative therapy. Holly's approach is strength-based in nature and helps empower clients to incorporate mindfulness, self-care, and self-compassion into their daily lives.
