Daphne Rahnama is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about the psychological wellbeing of her clients. She believes in building an interactive and non-judgmental relationship with her clients so that they can feel safe to talk openly about themselves.
Daphne practices various therapeutic methods such as psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based therapy, and narrative therapy, which she tailors to the needs of each client. She has experience with clients of all ages suffering with depression, grief and loss, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and trauma, domestic violence, women’s issues, marital conflict, and phase of life transitions. She is committed to helping her clients identify a stronger sense of self and a more resilient condition.
Daphne received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and her Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California. She also studied mental health issues impacting vulnerable populations while she traveled through various European countries with her graduate program.
