Daniel Sapoznick (LCSW) is a therapist who enjoys helping people identify, explore, and resolve issues at the heart of what often seem like day-to-day moods or feelings. Daniel grew up in an 'alternative family environment', which largely informed his decision to become a Social Worker and psychotherapist. Philosophically, Daniel is particularly attentive to the unique nature of the role of a therapist, and prefers to err on the side of curiosity and humility when working with people. He deeply believes that despite now decades of experience as a helper, each person he works with is ultimately their own expert, and the answers to questions of resilience and transcendence begin from within, even if they may need a helping hand from time-to-time.
