About Us
Fig Tree Therapy Center is a group psychotherapy practice comprised of dedicated, compassionate, practitioners assembled to meet the needs of the Los Angeles community and surrounding areas. We have two locations, an office in Downtown and another office in Westwood adjacent to UCLA. Our clinicians are seasoned professionals, skilled in the art of collaboration, and are focused on the growth of their clients. We have Licensed Therapists and Psychologists with a multitude of specializations and scheduling options to meet your needs.

We offer in person sessions at both of our locations and also utilize tele-health for clients who prefer a virtual appointment. Fig Tree has been in business for 13 years and is trusted resource. We are in-network with all major insurance providers.

Our protocol is weekly psychotherapy sessions. When you are scheduled, it is our expectation that you will be able to participate in weekly meetings with your therapist. We believe this consistency is foundational in supporting you to reach your goals.

Therapy is best utilized as a preventative practice. Through consistent sessions we will support you in gaining insight, developing tools and strengthening coping mechanisms so you can navigate the journey ahead with greater freedom and ease.
