I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I work with adults, teens and couples facing issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, and phase of life transitions. My approach is integrative, building upon your strengths and incorporating creative and practical tools tailored to your unique circumstances. The foundation for my work is humanistic and also includes narrative therapy approaches, mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral techniques, and psychodynamic perspectives. We will work collaboratively to help increase insight and, most importantly, to create the positive changes you are looking for in your life.

Therapy is one of the most valuable investments you can make in yourself. Finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is an important part of your therapy's success. I provide a safe and supportive environment for you to discover new ways to express yourself, gain perspective, solve problems, and transform your life into the one you want it to be.

I was raised in Southern California and earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. At Airport Marina Counseling Service, a community-based mental health clinic, I worked with individuals, families and couples facing a variety of anxiety and mood disorders. I have received training specific to crisis intervention and have extensive experience with individuals in crises, both within a clinical environment and as a telemedicine counselor for Community Helpline, a crisis hotline. I also have worked within the Los Angeles Unified School District, counseling teens experiencing interpersonal and academic difficulties. Additionally, I have trained in Imago Relationship Therapy, a modality incorporated in my approach to couples counseling.
