Ashley earned her MA in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and her BA in Cognitive Psychology from the University of California, Irvine. She is currently a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience at the outpatient, partial, and residential levels of care. As a result, she considers herself to be a clinician who is able to work with clients where they are at- supporting them in being able to grow and more fully participate in their lives.
Ashley’s professional areas of interest include: eating disorder and body image treatment, depression, anxiety, communication skills, and boundary setting. She believes in utilizing clients’ inner strengths to support them in individual growth and understanding. She is experienced with individual, group, and family therapy.
